Disappointment

It all went well in the beginning, very good sales and set up, good communication, always making sure I am informed when to pay my invoices for storage. Assist well with the last bits to be packed when we booked our plane tickets.

Then it started, we are informed by your affiliate company our goods are here, please make final quick admin payment and you will have your goods in 3 days (took 6 weeks after begging for assistance from Execu Move). Everyone blaming the pandemic or using it as an excuse. Then everyone is happy because we stopped complaining as we have our belongings.

We must say we are very disappointed. As we have now settled and unpacked almost everything, we have noticed a lot of missing items, so many little things that have been ****** by the packing crew. As the delivery crew just dropped off the boxes here in Australia, no unpacking was done (as per our request).

What is even more sad is that they (packing crew) have worked for you (proudly stated by Execu Move) for so many years. They looked me in the eyes for 3 days while packing and *****ing under my nose. These are s****ed and well organised *********.

It is little things that do not carry any or no real financial value. But now we are all the way here in Australia and cannot even hope to pursue, report, or recover any of the items.

It just saddens me that we would have had to pay ADDITIONAL costs for about 5 of those 'safe boxes' if we had known this would be the case to personally pack everything in those boxes 'just to be safe'.

We will definitely not recommend Execu Move to anyone unless they pack everything themselves...maybe not even then.
