Disappointing service
Moved to NZ 6 months ago from Cape Town. Still waiting on my shipment. Communication almost non-existent.
Chose them on the basis that they have good reviews on Hellopeter, but I am disappointed. Also, not the cheapest. Supposedly they provide better service?!
Expected more.
Great team of labour doing the loading though.

It is Saturday and I am based in Jhb - other than understanding right now that this is a groupage (shared shipment) I will need to investigate it further with our CT office, which I will do first thing.on Monday.
