<p>Hi Tatum</p> <p>I hope that all is well. </p> <p>I wanted to let you know that our things have been delivered. </p> <p>We are still working through to make sure everything is ok. Thus far most things seem fine, but there were a few breakages of wooden items - mainly dowel joins on furniture and the like. I don't think anything that justifies claiming - but a bit of work to drill out the old dowels and get new ones.</p> <p> </p> <p>Related to this - the Execu Move packing team were fantastic and very careful in how they packed our things. I suspect the damages were in the subsequent moves of the container.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind regards</p> <p>Marc</p> <p> </p>

Thank you for your reporting that your move has gone well - that is, apart from the few wood damages that we are obviously sorry to hear about.
Australia is always a challenge for any export mover because of the unavoidable AQIS (quarantine) inspection in Aus. Delivering directly to residence in an untouched container means the effects are not disturbed - which of course is not possible in Australia and even NZ. The inspectors do their best to reduce the handling but sometimes things happen that are unavoidable .
Anyway, we trust the rest of the pack will go well and we take this opportunity to wish you and your family every success in Brisbane.
