Cant fault them!
Cannot fault their internal processes, communication and know-how. Our goods were very professionally packed, marked and sorted for ease of delivery and cross referencing.
Their partners in NZ were also very organized and responsive once the vessel arrived and passed customs checks.
This is no fault of exec move but shared containers are a lottery as they won't leave immediately. Overall, a 6+ month process for us based on shared container situation. Of 46 boxes I've found 2 or 3 broken items (picture frames) which isn't the worst thing in the world considering there is loading to ports and off vessels etc.
Overall, they made our shipping experience pretty stress-free and I would recommend Execu Move for sea shippinp.

Sorry to hear about the few items that got damaged but as you said - given the amount of handling that a groupage shipment goes through to NZ from the time it is packed up in SA - we will take it as a successful move:-):-)
