Bitter sweet move

The move was amazing as usual as I've said before I wish I could move every day. In this instance however I can't give them a 5 and they would also agree as they're also in the process of the investigation and I can't score them a 1 as the service was good. My advice would be please be vigilant when working with moving companies the company can do their overall best but there is that one person who will ruin the company's good track record.

Regarding the other matter you mention - just to let you know that I did contact our CT office to try and better understand what was being investigated but unfortunately Sonja is on leave today and I will be able to find out more tomorrow on her return - at which point I will revert.
