Awesome move from Bloemfontein to Hobart!
<p>I just wanted to thank you and your team, and especially Monique De Vries, for the effort she and you put in to get our boxes packed and shipped to us in Tasmania. The shipment arrived a few weeks ago, and it is still very exciting unpacking the boxes. So far we only have one broken piece, it is a coffee machine pot (it was definitely packed properly), not bad going for sure! The quarantine people confiscated our potjie, can you believe that? We are sad about that, but am sure we can buy another one here in Australia. I suspect someone in Melbourne customs wanted a freebie!! I would also like to mention your staff who repacked and loaded our stuff from storage in Bloemfontein, they were awesome and they impressed my parents (who were there when they packed and collected). Good job, now they know who to contact when they decide to move to PE! <br /> <br />Anyway, I just wanted to let you know our stuff has arrived, and all is good!<br /> <br />Many thanks once again and all the best</p> <p>Happy customers!!</p>

Awesome heading, awsome message and we are all over the moon - thank you so much! Monique and the crew involved are particularly chuffed - as are management!
I have been in this business 35 years and it still amazes me that we can ship someones precious and fragile household effects, in a steel box, from somewhere in the middle of the Free State, to an island off the coast of Australia - without incident. And although not all our shipments as geographically isolated as yours, we do this on average 50 x a month!!:-)
Sorry to hear about the poetjie pot?? That is a little weird because we move those regularly without incidence - unless you left some Vrystaat lamb in there after your last braai:-):-)
Anyway - we wish you all the very best in Tasmania and of course look forward to moving your parents to PE.
