Avoid ExecuMove at all costs
We have had the worst experience ever with this company … and I’d like to help anyone else avoid what we went through. Completely unprofessional, unresponsive and avoiding any responsibility. Their packing was poor, many items broken, their advice and communication poor ..there is nothing executive about them. Please contact me directly for more details … ***

We are truly sorry that you felt it necessary to post a 1 x star review on Hellopeter - going a step further by adding your personal email address with the obvious intention of chastising Execu-move further - that is, without a chance for anyone to hear our side of it?
We are also surprised by it, considering that you gave us such a positive review on our Striving for Excellence report? You ticked every box "Excellent" from packing crews to office staff, you gave us a 5 x star rating and raved under "comments" about the crew that packed at your residence for the several days they were on site.
You were given several options to cover your effects for damage or loss and it was your decision entirely to select Total Loss Only cover. Although it may have saved you substantially - the type of cover is limited to the total loss of the consignment only and does not cover you for damages and loss, as will All Risk.
Having discovered some damages after delivery - you are citing "poor packing" as a reason to claim directly against us? Had you selected All Risk as strongly recommended - all of this could have been avoided.
We trust the saving made by selecting Total Loss Only cover, could contribute significantly toward your claim.

Yes it’s true that we rated the experience of having your team at our house as great … and they were. We did not however check their packing … should we have done so?
I have no problem with the risk of things being broken if they are packed reasonably, and contrary to what you say … I was not advised to take all risks. I was advised that you guys are professional and that whilst one or two things might break, generally because of your professional packing, things are good. However , I can afford to buy new items but I am unclear as to whether you are apologising for the poor packing or whether you are standing by it. If it is the latter, then this review has a purpose in alerting new customers as to what they can expect.
But other than that, as I say, this was just one issue in a litany of poor service. If you are actually interested, you are most welcome to contact me and get a customers side of the story. I have moved many times in my life, and I repeat I have never had such a poor experience all round. If it was my company, I would want to know why.
