Very friendly and professional. Thank you for your report on Hellopeter - we are happy to know that your move generally went well, both here and in Perth.
We are obviously disappointed to hear that your shipment suffered some damage but trust you have notified Tatum who will send the necessary claim documents.
It is unfortunate that household effects have to be inspected by AQIS (Australian quarantine) which adds to the handling of the effects and thereby the risk, but it is totally unavoidable.
Lovely when the timing of your shipment delivery works out so well:-)
