As good as it gets
Execu-move was professional and careful with our furniture and everything was delivered as per agreement without any major issues in NZ. As a point for future improvement, I would want to suggest a standard weekly update as this will just take the level of service to the next level.

We value your constructive suggestion as it is a valid one. Keeping regularly in touch is one of the shipping departments functions - however the volumes they have recently had to deal with has severely tested the shipping team. We have, as a result, addressed it and trust our interventions will alleviate the problem.
I believe you will be shipping some more effects soon - perhaps you can let me know if those interventions are working:-)
