Amazing service from beginning to end
Thank you so much to Jean-Mari, Linda and the team. You have literally taken all of the stress out of moving our precious possessions to Australia. This is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with and I highly recommend them, they are true professionals.
The packing team did an amazing job at wrapping and packing everything in record time. The only thing that left a sour taste was that I bought the packing team a decent lunch on both days and gave them a very generous tip once they were done. They didn't seem too appreciative and just looked me up and down as if they were expecting more. So my advice would be if you were considering a tip - don't bother.
If I ever needed to move again, I would definitely use them!

We were however very disappointed to learn about the lack of gratitude from our packing crew for your kind deed and tip. There has never been any obligation placed on our customers to tip which is covered in our "pre move advice" document to all customers. The staff are fully aware of it and should have been more grateful. It will he addressed - we appreciate your feedback.
