A Good Experience with Execu Move
I chose Execu Move in the first place because of its high rating. I was not disappointed. In my opinion, based on my interaction with this company, its top ranking is well deserved. My pre-emigration dealings were with Ms Katherine Reggie of the Durban branch. The level of service she provided was professional throughout: the information she imparted was to-the-point and accurate; a number of bureaucratic hoops were successfully negotiated thanks to her guidance; and she handled my often tiresome queries with commendable patience. I took delivery of my consignment on 24/08/2022. Again, professionalism was the watchword. My shipment arrived intact and in excellent condition: my boxes had been assembled with forethought and were securely and compactly cased. I was spared the disasters that one hears emigrants complain about from time to time. Perhaps in my case good fortune played some part, but I'm willing to give most of the credit to Execu Move. Thank you also for persevering on posting this review - we do know you had some problems registering on Hellopeter. They in fact agree that it is "clumsy" and are working on making it easier.
Shipping globally, post Covid, has become very challenging as the global supply chain we were all accustomed to has become overwhelmed and as a worldwide industry we are all doing everything we can to prevail on behalf of our customers. Understandably - the customer moving overseas has his own priorities and enough stresses to deal with which does add to the challenges. All the more reason that your positive message will mean so much to us all. Thank you again.
