A company I would recommend to anyone who is moving abroad
My husband and I moved to Australia during South Africa's strictest lockdowns, with many challenges and wonderful co-ordination, the Execu Move team had our backs all the way. A special thanks to Jean-Marie Botha for being there when we needed her. Below is the feedback I had given in an email which I feel sums up how impressed and happy we are with their service and that of their international partners.
"I deeply thank you for all your assistance through all of this and your patience with all my stress. You have been the pillar of professionalism and a library of information when needed. So thank you again. Your packing team was awesome, they packed everything so securely I doubt any of it would have even dared to break. They were friendly and professional and just a great set of guys.
From Conroy’s side, we did have a bit of a communication issue at the start. Struggled a little to get feedback and responses but with that said once we established a repour with Zarina things seemed to go a little better. I would have liked a little more upfront information from Conroy especially when our goods went into quarantine, instead of us going back and forth needing to drag information out. Non-the-less it was not all bad. When inspections were complete operations immediately got hold of us to arrange delivery and it happened as soon as the goods were ready. Dennis, Steve and Colin were the team of guys that came to deliver and they were wonderful. Efficiently unpacked the truck and as each box was unloaded it was marked off as received, by myself and the team leader. They are business bound to help unpack the boxes but were very understanding that we wished to do this task in our own time. These guys made the afternoon not only with their professionalism but also had a few laughs in between and made us feel welcome. I sing praises to both of you for exceptional service, it is not easy putting your hard worked for belongings into someone else hands and not seeing it for 3 months, so Thank you once again."
Again - Thank you Execu Move for your exceptional service delivery. Keep this up and keep up the gold star standard.
The word "WOW" seems such a small word, yet magnificently describes the reaction and sentiment shared by all the staff and management to your detailed and positive review - not the least of which was Jean-Mari who was blown away. Thank you so much!!
I will ensure that our overseas partners receive a copy and I am sure their team will feel the same way.
Driven by understandably stressed customers going through the daunting task of relocating overseas - puts the services we offer and the staff involved more under the spotlight than most local domestic moves. Mainly because overseas moves are by nature more complex by having to deal with many more components through the door to door process - and that can go wrong. Then again - we are #1 in removals for a reason and so the service you received is the minimum standard we expect:-)
Still - it is extremely rewarding, motivating and a privilege to receive such an awesome review.
We wish you everything of the best settling into life in sunny Brisbane.
