12 out of 10! Cannot recommend ExecuMove enough! (RSA to AUS 20ft Container)

After the excellent initial service from ExecuMove's on boarding, packing and loading personnel - here is a further review of the full extent of my experience up to delivery:

*20 Foot container loaded in Kimberley, South Africa - Destination Perth, Australia *Time - 3 months, 1 week (original estimate given 3 to 4 months due to Durban port delay - thus spot on) *Communication - every week Chelsea provided me with an update on the progress, she also provided me with the vessel information which I was able to track on marine traffic site, as well as a container number that I could track on MSC's platform. Chelsea was extremely helpful with all the paperwork and went out of her way to facilitate a last minute exclusion from our container. 12 out 10 for her service. *Duration to clear customs in Perth (Freemantle) - 2 weeks *Additional fees for customs - AU$0 mostly thanks to the expert packing advice from ExecuMove *Subcontractors assigned by ExecuMove for unloading in Perth - Chess Moving *Unloading duration - 5 hours for unloading and unboxing - the two gentleman we are professional as the loading team and assisted with the unpacking and box removal which many other moving companies do not provide for. How much packing material can there be you ask? A LOT! Thank goodness that I didn't have to get rid of it myself. Chest Moving did a good job in keeping your good name in tact. *Breakage - ABSOLUTELY NOTHING - not a single chip on any of the glasses, no damage on any of the 60+ glass photo frames, just nothing. Unbelievable. Even The Chess moving crew was impressed with the thoroughness of the packing material.

Overall satisfaction = 100%. From start to finish I cannot think of one thing that did not go according to plan.
