Extremely Bad Customer Service

I was in dire need for transport. Jessica Brown from Execu Cab & Child Care Service contacted me offering to help me. I accepted the help which I was very grateful for. Problem is that the drivers was late every 2nd day even waiting 1 hour 30 minutes for him. The one driver almost never had fuel in his car. When approaching Jessica about it she gets all agro cancelling the contract. When you don't pay according to her demands then she gets a guy by the name of Charles Keylock to call you threatening you to come and visit you at home/ work to get the money. She is extremely rude, highly unprofessional making promises that the late coming will stop but it does not stop. Be warned by making use of this services the driver will be late never on time. I would not recommend this company to anyone especially entrusting them to transport your child!!!
