Based on recent customer reviews, Excuss Logistics delivers a sharply divided experience across South African household moves. Satisfied customers praise easy WhatsApp booking, quick quotations, friendly and careful loading crews, and belongings arriving undamaged, with staff such as Osley and Rodney singled out for patience. Dissatisfied customers describe quotes rising steeply on moving day, deposits not refunded, furniture held for weeks between cities like Cape Town, East London and Trichardt, unanswered phones, shifting delivery stories, damaged boxes and missing items. Communication and honouring agreed timelines remain the clearest weaknesses.

Fantastic, Friendly, very careful
Fantastic, Friendly, very careful. Moved my entire house in 2.5 hours. No breakages, no scratches. Always checking that everything is to go. Helped put all the furniture in the correct rooms. I would recommend them to other people for sure.
