Do not recommend
Be ready to pay for your own water pipe repairs and be met with "we aren't liable" and "the movement from the ground broke the pipe" after the employee specifically told you he hit it with a shovel. Not to mention after a literal drawing had been made up of where the pipes need to be watched out for. If you're not going to take liability, don't break it in the first place AND then try to lie about it.
The wall is still pushable by hand with not much pressure and it's been 3 weeks now.
Very dissappointed and will not recommend.

As you can see in the trailing WhatsApp messages Exclusive walls went out of our way to help you with you broken pipes. As we are not plumbers there is unfortunately only so much we can do especially if pipes are old and rusted. It is unfortunate that you felt your only option is to smear our name and leave us a bad review on HelloPeter.
Hi Jaco. Just need to clarify, Jacques has informes us they cannot repair the pipe they damaged during installation and we now need to arrange a plumber. Is this cost falling on us ?
Good day Tersia hope you are well? I was communicating with Managers on site yesterday and was told that a pipe is leaking 300mm from where they are busy digging a hole because of the movement on the pipe while digging the hole and because the old rusted pipe did not like the movement it started to leak. We as Exclusive Walls are not liable for any water pipe damages as we are not Plumbers, but I asked the Managers to go and get fittings and see if we can fix the pipes ourselves to spare you any other costs, I did send a Manager out today to see if we can get this problem solved, unfortunately Paul my manager said that the fitting where it was leaking is so old and brittle that he can't get it out or fix it and will need a Professional/Plumbers to get resolved.
We as Exclusive walls did try our best to resolve this matter to save our client the extra cost, unfortunately we did try and fix but no luck, pipes to old.
My Quotation also sate that we are not held responsible for any damages on Water pipes or electrical cables.
Sorry about that, we did try for 2 days now unfortunately it will need a Plumber
Despite having an actual picture drawn up saying "watch for pipes".
It is fine. Thank you. We'll sort it out so we can hopefully have water before the end of the day.
