Wrong wig

My name is Pinky.. I bought a wig a month ago,they were quick to respond to my payment but I received a wrong wig if I may say... The wig didn't look the same as the one I ordered. When I try to reach them it's all excuses and now they only blue tick me on whatsapp. I am very disappointed at exclusive virgin hair for bad service.
