Wrong Product Delivered after a 2 week Waiting Period!

If there was a 1/3 of a star i could select I would. They took two weeks to deliver. In those two weeks i have been the one asking what is going on. On delivery day, with relief i opened the package to find something....something not i would wear in a million year but......something i would have gotten my mother for her to wear to church in. What was supposed to be a pixie cut ended up being short, same length cut hair all around! I have inquired about this and am pretty sure, i will wait anooooother two weeks for someone to tell me what....must....happpppen!!
