Want my refund. Service is very poor.👎👎

I have ordered hair on the 26th of March 2025 and on the 17th of April 2025 they've sent me a waybill number when I try to locate the tracking number it's not working. Their service is very poor. The number they provided for online ordering is not working. I want my money back
