Want a refund for my order which I've been waiting for 6 months

I ordered a weave on the 21 of October 2024 Malaysian curls 16 inch. The agreement was that I will collect my order at they branch in Durban so when I went there they said they are out of stock, they sold everything yet I already paid R1950. I contacted them about my order which I didn't get it in they branch they didn't respond, but I keep trying until they respond. So they said i should pay R99 for courrier and I did. After a month they deliver my order but when I open it, it a wrong weave it not what I ordered. I contacted them again and they said i must return the weave and they will send the right one and I did. Since then they ignore my texts when I phoned them they keep saying I should send payments confirmation and my details on they WhatsApp number. I keep on sending all the documents they need but they keep making empty promises that my order is still in the process they will contact me shortly, it's been 6 months now still waiting but nothing. If I want a refund they don't respond at all
