Very Unhappy customer

I ordered hair and paid the delivery fee on Exclusive virgin hair on the 23rd of February 2024. Till today l haven't received the hair, after being told it would take 3-5 business days. I have been told l won't get a refund as well.More than anything, they're inconsiderate and unprofessional. This is a ****ming business that does not care about its customers!!!
