Unreliable

I bought a wig last month,and a week later I was told the parcel was send back to the supplier. When I followed up - I was told to call the courier and enquire why it was sent back. I have been told the issue was escalated to the manager and I still havent received any communication. Their call agent kept telling me to wait for the escalation and nothing is been done.

Their online service is the worst.
