Unprofessional! No-Replying business!

I have been communicating with EVH via whatsapp. I ordered 12 inch Brazilian. Sent them proof of payment. And Whatsapped the pop via whatsapp and sent my address via sms as per instruction. To their contact number, ********** . And all of a sudden they are not replying to my whatsapp messages and neither my are they answering my calls. The number goes straight to voice mail!!!
