Unhappy Customer

Worst experience ever. I remember when I wanted to order I got fast reply, immediately after paying I have been blue ticked and no one answers the phone when I call. I ordered hair a month ago 30 July 2024 till today I’m still yet to receive it. 2 days ago I got a waybill for The Courier guy. The whole week of trying to track the parcel and I have been told they can’t track it, it doesn’t even show on their system. My Money is gone 😔😔
