Unhappy client

I wish I went through the reviews before placing an online oder with these people. I have placed an order since 18 May 2024 it's now August and they are still not assisting me. They give me different numbers to contact and all those numbers don't respond. I even went to their Pretoria store to collect and I was not assisted despite proof of payment and all. I am struggling to even get my money back. Please never make the mistake of buying online from Exclusive you will be heavily disappointed. They are very unprofessional and unreliable
