Unhappy client

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I have received from exclusive Virgin in Johannesburg. I bought a wig then took it in few weeks later for trim and wash but nothing was done. I had paid and let an image as the consultant has instructed and was told to come collect the next day 12 and the hair will be ready for collection, but upon arrival nothing was done to the wig and I had to sit and wait. If this is the service exclusive hair gives I'm unimpressed. I will also be placing this complaint on hello Peter and social media. I have the receipts of this occasion
