Undelivered hair at Exclusive Virgin Hair for two months

I have ordered hair online on the 22nd November 2021 to date l haven't received the order, l have tried to call all the numbers to no avail. I requested refund via WhatsApp and was told they don't do refunds, l will receive the hair but it's two months now still waiting.
