Unable to deliver

I regret the day I ordered hair online from this guys, I wish I checked the reviews from hello Peter before I could place any order. I ordered my hair on the 3rd of March 2024 ,4 weeks later I’m still waiting for my order. I asked for a refund since they could not deliver and they said they don’t refund, now when i call they are ignoring my calls, when I call the branches they say the know nothing about online orders. I am so furious cos I even explained when I placed the order that I needed the hair for an event. I’m really disappointed
