******* and Pathetic customer service @ Exclusive Virgin Hair

Appalling customer service!! False Advertising!! *******! They told me to make payment for the hair I want and thereafter they just went quiet (with my money). If I had not called them, they would have kept my money and not send my order. I was then told that delivery would take 24 hours, it's been 7 days now and my order has not arrived!! when I called them, they could not even answer as to where the parcel is! Such disgusting service
