Theres nothing exclusive about **** advertising

I ordered hair online the 28th november during black friday weekend. I only got it on the 24th December to my suprise as excited as i was. The hair was opposite of what i ordered. It looked like synthetic hair, the length was extremely short i complained and told the hair is wrong, the reply i got was the hair needs fitting its fine, i told em the length is wrong they told me to use conditioner... My money went down the drain
