The worst pathetic service from ****mers

I've had the worse service of my life at Exclusive in a way that I'm even taking legal steps against them, They're are summers. I went and bought hair that I saw from my friend in their Roodepoort branch in December and I was told only their branch in Jhb CBD had stock, off I drove to CBD we're I bumped into the most rude lady who sold me the hair it was if I had gone to ask for bread money but in any case I let it passed. Fast forward on the 28th January on my birthday I started wearing the hair but everyone else kept on touching I was so embarrassed the hair was **** , the hair goes off each time I comb it. Then in February I started reporting the matter on the details we're get on their website and I came across their manager details she said I must drop the hair off. I dropped the hair to their Sandton branch on Saturday the Receptionist comb the hair, it was falling in front of her, it had bald and it was very few yet it was meant to be 32inch. The Receptionist called the manager but she couldn't get through and she asked to leave it and I did. She promised she'd call me on Monday but she did not, I called the brach got through to her and she told they took the hair to their Roodepoort branch and I must come fetch it on Wednesday even though I had told them the hair is **** and would like to choose another hair she went on telling that whether I like it or not I'm still gonna get that **** hair and that she's unable to give me her managers contact details. I called their head office but they didn't know anything I just had to narrate my story again. The lady gave me her managers contact number which is unreachable, she later told me to send her a wassup and I did but as we were chatting on wassup she told me they don't do refunds nor exchanges so I will get the same hair whether I like or not and that I don't have a choice but to live with it. This store must just shut down because I've also seen negative reviews and was so shocked. Their attitudes and the service is pathetic. I want a new hair with my R4000 or refund .
