The disguisting hair ever

So I ordered hair and paid it on the 31st of Aug 2019 whatsapp my proof and the type of hair I want after a week I contacted them asking them about my hair and they told me the hair is out of stock...I waited another week I finally got the hair but it was totally different from what I wanted the brought cheap looking razor cut instead of a brazilian finger wave pixie cut they say I should style it myself...I asked them who should do that they say I can visit their branch in Joburg to style the hair imagen travelling from kuruman Northern cape to Joburg just to style the hair that everybody say it should come looking like that...I am very disappointed in them I really wasted my money.
