Terrible Service & Hair Not Delivered

The service I've received from them has been disappointing. I placed an order for hair three weeks ago( 27 November) and still haven't received it. Despite following up multiple times via WhatsApp, my messages have been ignored. I regret ordering online and should have checked the reviews first. Exclusive Virgin Hair if you are unable to deliver the hair, please refund my money.
