Terrible Service

Their Service is terrible, they sent the wrong order, i called them they told me i have to return the order myself after paying for courier there's nothing they can do, I'm asking them but you're the one who sent the wrong order so why am i the one to spend the money again and return it and the boss said that's their protocol there's nothing she can do.
