Terrible service
I had the worst experience ever, i ordered hair from them on the 30 November 2024, they said it will be delivered in 2-3 days , till today the 12/12/2024 I’m still waiting and they are not even communicating . I called on their numbers on the advertising posters many of them are not working , the 1 that rings I had to call a number of times before they answered, even when they answered they were not helpful they couldn’t answer when I asked when can I expect to receive my order .

24 Dec 2024, 15:03I regret trusting this company , until today I did not get the hair I ordered instead they sent me the hair oil . I went to their brunch they said they can not help with the online orders they told me to communicate on the WhatsApp number of which it is no help .
