Terrible online service

This is the worst customer service I've ever received. DON'T ORDER ONLINE or you will regret it! It's been 2 weeks since I've order and just empty promises. I should have checked the complaints first before placing order. The whatsapp number is just useless. This is quite disgusting that you cannot get a refund due to no performance on their side. I just want my money back that's all. I never want to deal with them ever again!
