I've placed my order on the 26th November still waiting . Tried to contact them both insta and whatsapp no reply. With all the competitors you have it very sad that you still don't see the importance of customer service. My colleague and i order hair same day she ordered at Remore it didn't even take 3 day for order to arrive. I choose you guys be cause i like the quality for your hair but it was ma last purchase.
