Terrible "Black Friday" client service

Received such poor service after a friend had purchased hair for me. I needed to do an exchange due to false advertising, they claimed the Instagram account was ****. I was then told to contact the manager who's number I tried calling countless times but to no avail. I sent a message in the hope that I would get some sort of assistance but unfortunately for me, it seemed she wasn't interested in assisting me. All this to get an authorisation for an exchange. I was really disappointed in the service as I don't see why there wasn't an available manager or second in charge to assist with such issues in the branch on such a busy day as Black Friday.
