Taking advantage of the client

Hi i have an issue with my frontal they I bought 14 inches but I seems like they gave me 10 inches when I told them they said it is 14 inches while I know 14 inches is not this short if I wanted 10 inches I would have bought it They took advantage of be because they could see that I’m young and humble I even told the manager and the hairdresser that the hair that I bought is not the same as the hair that I wanted or saw in the picture they said it is the same the I’ll see after the installation but there was a little difference I’m convinced that this is not 14 inches but 10 inches I’m so dissatisfied by their service
