SUPER FRUSTRATED

I am very frustrated and angry with this unprofessional company called exclusive virgin hairs. I ordered a lace wig online on the 28th of june and followed all necessary instructions, on their Instagram posts they say delivery is within 2 days,still today i havent received my order and i called the polokwane branch landline they keep on giving me different numbers to call or wattsapp but no response and some numbers are not even going through so please hellopeter help me i am super frustrated . If they are unable to deliver they can give me my money back, il take it where il get great service.
