Short 20 inch

Tjo I just had the most bad experience with exclusive hair. I bought a 20 inch malaysian curly hair the hair just came and it's so short. Like I put it on my little sister and it's like on her neck, so just imagine it on me. I'm not happy and the wig was R2900. And I got a very short wig, it wasn't even what was advertised. It's not what I had expected. I'm so angry. Can I get a refund, anyone who's had the same experience as mine please comment, and tell me if they you a refund
