Am so disappointed with how they treat people, I ordered advertised hair stating it's R500 and it has a closure in it on the adverti*****t but when I received the hair it didn't have closure, when I called to complain the person helping me was laughing at me instead and telling me I should take the hair to the nearest branch for them to customize it for me while I paid courier for the hair to be delivered... When I told them to refund me they told me they don't do refunds which the don't even state while advertising.
