Selling poor goods

24 november 2017 i bought a weave at exclusive virgin hair. It was R2500.but then it was not the real one because it shrinked .it's so hard like a stone now..i only worn it 5 times then after it was wet because of the rain,it shrinks and i complained online they never rep**** me.i called them they don't answer my calls.
