The biggest **** in South Africa, I’ve ordered before at exclusive and the wigs were just fine this is back in 2017, this year 2021 November 28 I purchased their curly wig and I ordered the 12 inch , first of all I had to make thousands of calls with no answer until I called another number that a very rude lady answered saying I must go to head office they will make me pay though for unlocking the curls , I mean the order I got is not what I ordered , the wig looks so old and dirty , the closure is not stitched well everything about the wig is a pure mess , the rude lady said to me I must spray the wig with water it will become the way it looks on the picture , IM VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED WITH YOUR DISGUSTING SERVICES , I WISH MORE PEOPLE WOULD STOP ORDERING FROM EXCLUSIVE
