I bought hair during one of their promotions and was told we could pick up our hair from any of their branches. When I got to their branch in PTA I was told that they cannot give me the hair as it was an online sale. After an argument with the rude sales lady, she said she will confirm my proof of payment with Head Office, order the hair for me and tell me when to pick it up. Then no details. Weeks later I am still getting blue ticked when I follow up, I escalated to their "manager" Daisy, who has also resorted to not respond to my complaint. Horrible service, very unprofessional. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE ********!
