I bought a 360 24" Lace Wig on the 26th of July 2022, got it installed and took it off after an event I had gone to the following day which is the 27th of July, I put it on a few days after and when I combed it a lot of hair started falling off. I didn't pay too much attention to it until the net started showing on top and I could not style it as desired. I then took it back to their branch in Menlyn and was then informed that it looks like it had been woven on (which is not the case). The ladies 3 of them 1 of which paid attention to me (while the other 2 acted like I didn't exist and that my complaint was invalid) told me what they will speak to their boss who had not responded in the 2 hours that I spent there waiting for a reply. I was told to take the weave back home with me and that they would get back to me with the promise that they would call me as soon as they get a reply, I refused and left it with them. This is my 4th wig with them so an element of trust has already been acquired but they really did me wrong this time. I regret this purchase and will inform anyone and everyone who is willing to listen about this. These people are ******** .
