I purchased the hair at Exclusive virgin hair on the 1st of August, the hair was supposed to take 2-3 days to get delivered but a week passed and that's when I realized something was up. I contacted Aramex to find out what happened to my package they said the package is lost but I ve been checking my status on their website n it has been saying in transit since the 6th of August until now. I ve been in contact with them and they said they are working on it they will update me but they never did infact I was the one chasing them to give me an update. I then contacted the exclusive virgin hair and ask them to assist me but they never attended my messages and my calls imfact they been blueticking me since until I tell them that I ask for a refund. That when one of the employees provided me with the store manager s number, she didn't even read my watsapp texts and never bothered to answer my calls. I the decided to go to one of their stores in Sandton, I waited n then later one of the employees assisted me and called the manager and the manager said if Aramex lost the package there is nothing they can do and am not getting my money back but I was like you could ve made me aware about all of this before buying the hair. Well the Manger called Aramex and I was there listening to the whole conversation and Aramex told the store that the package is not lost and was never lost it is still at their facility. And the store manager said you will get your package. I then left the hair store. Around 5 on my way back home I recieved a call from Aramex and told me that the package is lost and there is nothing they can do about it and it's not even their fault. I told them to call the hair store and tell them what they are telling me and I don't understand why they told the store that the package is not lost and then later call me n tell me that the package is lost and there is nothing they can do.

Can you please assist me on this matter, I no longer want the hair I just want my money back.
