Am so dissapointed. how u assured me 40minutes ago that all this Pretoria branches have this specials u posted here on facebook...

Only to find that out of all this WIGS YOU POSTED none of them exists. they have only 2wigs and different from what you posted

THE RECEPTIONIST TOLD ME THAT YOU GUYS POST SPECIALS WITHOUT CONFIRMING WITH THEM.SHE SAYS THEY HAVE NEVER EVEN ONE DAY HAVE WHAT YOU POST ON FACEBOOK

They called all the branches in pretoria none had the wigs that you posted

I drove a distance of 40minutes just for nothing

What discourage me the most is that u are head office you give us wrong info. when we call ur whats up line u dont respond but u are online

when we sms, u respond at ur own times really???

This is not how u must treat us as ur valuable customers

Just to shock u.. A customer came while was still in your shop here in pretoria. Shocked as i am.the customer was crying for refund as u sent her a wrong WIG.she is not happy NO REFUND FOR HER ONLY AN EXCHANGE WITH A WRONG UGLY WIG

I hear when we complain even on facebook you delete our complain POSTS AND LEAVE THE GOOD ONES..

this is not how you must run your business mam.
