Robing people

I bought a special last week for 18" and what i recieved was a horrible 12" frontal and 14" length hair . I know curls are shorter but what i recived is not what i ordered and i keep calling them they keep on droping my calls. The service is so bad. I once bought hair at newtown they provided me with the best hair ever. What i got from head office was very bad. Please come collect your hair and give me my refund or give me the correct hair
