Refund not paid out

Hello Peter. I purchased a 3 bundle 16 inch Peruvian Hair plus Closure at Exclusive Virgin Hair ((Johannesburg Branch) on the 4th of August 2017. I paid an amount of R2800.00. The hair cost R2350.00 plus delivery fee of R100 plus a hair tint of R350. After I deposited the money, I then decided not to tint the hair. I told the company that they must not tint the hair and that I will have a refund due to me. They delivered the hair I was happy with the product and it was not tinted as I instructed. I refund requested for my refund of R350.00 and they have been telling me different stories that they only have a daily limit of R1500.00 and they they will e-wallet the money but to date they have not. I requested to speak to their manager and they said the manager is always not in the office. another time I called they said they are waiting for the manager to come back so that s/he can release the money.

Please help me get my R350.00 back from Exclusive Virgin Hair as I am now out of ideas. And I cannot go to their offices because I'm in Eastern cape and they are in Joburg.
